I enjoy this game but find it mind-numbingly the same each time I play. I start the game with a plan to win based on a different strategy each time. Gems, Nobles, Reserves… but I do that because the game is kinda boring otherwise. Yes, it’s a great little game, and has great components, but I think it gets boring pretty quickly. I bought the game because I thought my wife would enjoy it, and she does!
That’s funny, because I could play this over and over and keep enjoying it. There’s something compelling about it, although it does feel the same most of the plays. Huh.
